Meeting was called to order by Doug Graham at 7:30 PM

Present were Doug Graham, Ralph Mock, Bob Steele, Chris Yens, Richard Overton, Ernest Coleman, and Nancy Chin.

Minutes from December meeting were read, corrected and approved through a motion made by Ernest Coleman, seconded by Chris Yens, motion carried, minutes were approved.

Zoning Administrator’s Report: Bob Cook reported, one permit was issued for the addition on Dayton Township Hall, and that the septic is now in and the well is to be completed, the sides are now in place, the roof is to be completed this week, and that things are going well. The shed on Mayville road, which protrudes onto the easement for utility access, will be moved as soon as weather permits.

Secretary’s Report: No calls or correspondence received.

Old Business: Doug Graham stated that the Blight Committee met January 29, 2009, and a detailed report was presented by Mr. Rick Seidler, a discussion followed. A copy of those meeting minutes will be mailed to all board members of the Planning Commission with the February Minutes.

Public Comment- No public Comment

New Business: Doug Graham discussed the upcoming MTA seminar and noted that if something comes up that’s different from the general information that it would be beneficial to attend. It was requested by Richard Overton, that a copy of the MTA Township Magazine be mailed to all Planning Commission board members.

Motion made for the adjournment of the meeting by Bob Steele, seconded by Richard Overton. Meeting adjourned at 8:25PM by Doug Graham-Chair.
