Meeting was called to order by Doug Graham at 7:30 PM

Present were Doug Graham, Bob Steele, Richard Overton, Ernest Coleman, Chris Yens, Ralph Mock and Nancy Chin.
Minutes from June meeting were read, and approved through a motion made by Richard Overton, seconded by Bob Steele, motion carried, minutes were approved.
Zoning Administrator’s Report: Bob Cook reported that two permits were issued last month. One was for a dwelling and one was for a deck.
Secretary’s Report: No calls or correspondence was received.
Old Business: Doug Graham discussed the issue of the Rodney Summerfield and noted that a variance was granted by the Zoning Board of Review, discussion followed.
Blight ordinance draft has been completed by the Blight ordinance committee and copies were submitted to the Planning Commission for further review, a tentative date of November 2009 was set for it to be reviewed and then submitted to the Regular Board.
