RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH
REGULAR MEETING DATES

March 30, 2006

BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE DAYTON TOWNSHIP BOARD SHALL SET THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING DATE
in accordance with MCL 41.72a (1) to the FIRST MONDAY OF THE MONTH Except for when that day shall be a legal holiday, then the meeting shall take place the next day. ALL MEETINGS SHALL CONVENE AT 7:30PM at the Dayton Township Hall, located on Hurds Corner Rd., Mayville, MI. When necessary to relocate meetings, notice will be made via the outdoor bulletin board on the township hall.

I, Stacy Phillips, the duly appointed and acting Clerk of Dayton Township, hereby certify that the Dayton Township Board at a special meeting of said Board held on the 24th day of March in the year 2006, at which meeting a quorum was present, adopted the forgoing resolution by a roll call vote of said members as hereinbefore set forth: that said resolution was ordered to take immediate effect.
